Alkoholový roztok konopných pryskyřic je velmi snadno asimilovatelný dokonce i bez přispění trávicích šťáv. Z toho vyplývá, že: Přítomnost trochy cukru v alkoholu nebo směsi na bázi oleje může asimilaci THC poněkud usnadnit. Nadbytek cukru však zažívání tuků a THC v nich obsažených narušuje.
